Consulate Review: United Arab Emirates Review Topic: General Review Event Description Review Date : January 26, 2018 Embassy Review : Rejected even though they said everything was great because of travel ban. I tried to go in to see if there is anything I can do or just get closure, as aUS citizen and they wouldn’t even let me in the Embassy. Gatekeeper was obviously a foreigner or definitely not raised in the US thats for sure... how can they deny a US citizen to enter their own embassy... I asked to talk to another person even if its at the gate and the lady every sentence I said would just keep cutting me off sayjng “no sorry” so unprofessional and I feel it was totally racism. My fiance was sitting on the bench and when she asked if thats my fiance thats when she immediately started cutting me off and just saying too bad, no, no.. etc. I would not recommend going to this embassy, if you were getting chased by hooligans the gatekeeper would probably just say “too bad” and not give you a safe haven Rating : Very Poor
