CIS office: Cleveland, OH. Parked at Willard Park Parking Lot, 3.25 first hour and 1.5 each additional 1/2 hour. Went through Security. Went up to fifth floor. Submitted interview notice. Waited to be called. Not many people. Were called in about 10-15 mins. Taken biometric. Answered questions. Very easy and friendly. |

EAD was delayed due to I-485 RFIE (CBP mistake!!!!!!!!). Study about entry stamp and I-94 for K-1 visa before entering USA. Some CBP officers do not know what they are doing and this only costs YOU time and money. |

Totally 1hr and 30 min from walk-in to walk-out. Appt time is 8am, arrived at 750am. No wait time between document submission and actual interview. Documents requested but not on the sheet is a copy of previous passport. In addition to 134 and tax they also wanted original employment letter, recent three pay slips, and recent three months of bank statements. Good luck everyone! I would recommend to have a latest possible appointment time and don't show up too much earlier. Then you may have a better sleep and not to rush for breakfast. People before me had to wait for 5-10 mins between document submission and actual interview. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
