I think it’s important to note, that we didn’t receive paper NOA1s and also the interview notice- so we had to open a case to get a copy.
We were interviewed together. Questions Asked:
They went through the questions from the application.Asked my husband if I had ever been involved in drugs or terrorism. They both laughed at that.
Asked him my birthdate and my daughters.
Asked me his birthdate.
Asked him our wedding date.
Asked me his parents names.
Asked him what I did for a job, and what I did to supplement my income (I did some direct selling)
Asked me about my daughters birth father
Asked him if he had any other children- my husband said not yet (I’m 7 months pregnant)
Asked him when I was due and if a boy or girl
Asked how long we knew eachother and how we met
At the end he told us he was recommending us for approval.
Overall it was a really quick/good experience and we are super thankful. |

The interview was very fast and pleasant. They asked me questions about My wife and children. I was asked 6 civics questions (got them right). I only had to write one sentence- it was quick and simple. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
