Comments : WooHooo! Approval on Oct. 30th 2006 with NO previous touches, RFE's or anything else, just the usual suprise emails informing us the case has been approved! Hope that bodes well for everyone else sitting there with no touches or activity showing up online. It's been a trip so far, hope the rest is smooth sailing!
Well, after what seemed like an eternity, our Interview has FINALLY been scheduled. We'll let ya know how that goes!

FINALLY received Visa after what seemed like an interminable time. Took from Dec 06 to August 07 to get an interview. Most of that time the packets spent months in limbo on someone's desk from what we were able to learn from my representatives. It took from Early December until February to actually get our packet into the system in Montreal. 3 months wasted there, and then another 4 months until the interview. Well, it's OVER. She's entering the US as I write this, and I will be picking her up tomorrow!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
