Event Description

Embassy Review : To the glory of God, I had my interview yesterday scheduled by 6:45am, I got at the embassey by 5am and met only few set of people who came before me.
I went straight to the waiting point, after all the security checks and we made it to the interview hall, I was giving number 7 and I had my finger print, around 9am I was called at window 17 where a young Korean looking guy was the one interviewing, he asked only these questions:

C.O: You were denied k1 visa in 2014
ME: Yes
C.O: Why
ME: Because we didn't have enough evidence
C.O: When was the last time you saw your wife?
ME: March this year
C:O: Your wife has 3kids what are there names?
ME: I told him
C.O: Can I see your pics together?
ME: I brought out my big album and showed him from our first meeting in 2013 when we had engagement party to 2017 when we got married at Ojo registery and our church wedding in Dubai 2018, and he said its ok, you are approved, your visa will be ready next week.
I saw the lady that denied me k1 visa in 2014 she was so strict with the people she interviewed, she denied some people, I didn't see any person that she approved till I left the interview hall.
We frontloaded at NVC stage, just be prayerful and make sure you have all the necessary documents, some people were put on AP bcos they dont have the necessary documents.
I pray that God that did it for me and my wife will also do it for you in Jesus name. Amen.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
