We provided the current address as the Mailing Address on the DS-160 online and also sent an email to the Consultate notifying them of the new mailing address. Some Consultates provide all packet 3 information electronically, so the process for COA may be different depending on the beneficiary's country. **Interview Approved on 03-27-2018!
