We are doing DCF and timeline is as below:
- Oct 19,2006 - Went to Delhi and filed I-130 as part of DCF.
- Delhi approved the I-130 and forwarded it to Mumbai as local embassy within two week.
- Nov. 15, 2006 Mumbai created case no etc and claim to send pack-3 on same day.
- Nov 25, 2006- We never recd pack 3....so called mumbai consulate and got the case no.
- Nov 29, 2006 - Downloaded pack-3 from web and submitted in person to the window of Mumbai consulate.
- Jan 4, 2006 Recd. pack-4 from cosulate for the interview date set as Feb. 1 2007.
