1/27/2021 interview scheduled! Waiting for letter to find out when. Received letter for interview 2/1/2021
Had to cancel interview-since hubby was out of state and planning to departure to Mexico-
Interview changed to 3/10/21 at 0630 am. Arrived 0600 in line to pay parking lot; at entrance door 0615 . Went through screening, then hubby fingerprints/picture - both of us temperature checks. Gave us ticket to wait in lobby upstairs. Waited 20 minutes then called back, escorted to room. Both sworn in ; tell truth. Officer was very friendly in greeting and explained what process was and what will be asked of. Pretty straightforward in review of I-485 summited new medical, and proofs of bonafide marriage ( none submitted w/ K1 I-485 ) and details of previously unlawful entries. I already had I-212; scrutinize details, attempts and dates.
I planned on translating but protocol was to call for 800 # but asked to translate himself. ; the officer did the translation in Spanish.
Went over I-485 questions and on certain answers when said yes; explained situation and asked about dates. We did not know the exact dates ; explained timeframes of previously unlaw entries. Told since did waiver I-212 husband was truthful in providing information. Asked how we met , how many trips I took to see one another. How many kids we have . Asked me hubby date of birth vice versa. Our date of marriage , last time we entered the country (1st Anniversary in Cananda) what kind of cars we have ; who drives new model- since reviewed car insurances on both cars ( in both our names) how many bank accounts we have or separate accounts or joint account . I have primary and we have joint. Asked to see 5 in binder full of proofs - 2019 tax transcripts- have not done taxes this year, health insurance, proof of mail in both our names, bank accounts , utilities, lease, rent history, phone bill, last 3 years -2019;2020.2021 - reviewed 3 pages of college fotos together, phone showing him on account, health statements , my work letter w2 , his w2, He did not ask for any evidence-he just reviewed it. My hubby case so huge of evidence from previous I-212 . He did not want anymore paperwork. Told us 99% approved and pending medical review and to check online. Since married over 2 years would get 10 yr greencard. I asked ? On citizenship- husband to have greencard 3 yrs to apply citizenship and looks forward to citizenship interview in the future.update March 10, 2021

Consulate Review: Juarez, Mexico
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : December 3, 2017
Embassy Review : Arrived into El Paso, Tx , $30 cab to border and than another $500 pesos to hotel, arrived late evening 7pm, gets dark there around 5pm. Stayed at Ibis Juarez Consulado $4000 pesos(4nights) very clean and its literally across from Clinica Medical Internacional. Walking distance 5-10min.

Day1, completed Medical at Clínica Medico Internacional ,
Need: Letter from Consulate, DS-160 print out sheet, vaccine records ,Passport

They placed blue wrist tag, had physical exam, documented all tatoos and notable scars, he had to give urine sample. Next, had to go across building for xray and vaccines. $220 for exam + 204 vaccines.( influenza, mmr,Tdap, varicella)
Since we went on Mexican holiday, clinic closed afternoon,so we had to pick up results following day. Staff was very profecional.

Day2. ACS/ Biometric appointment.
His appt: 0750, they post time for following appt there guard who directs flow of entry.
Need: Letter from Consulate, copyDS-160 print off showing Acs appt/ Consular appt, Copy of DS-160 confirmation page,Passport, - no cell phones. They took pictures and fingerprints- less than 15minutes. They placed sticker back of passport, had type of Visa, passport number.

Day3. Consulate interview
His appointment was 9:15, but at 0840, let him in,
Need: passport, DS-160 confirmation page,Letter from Consulate,Ds-160 printout states Acs/ interview appointments.( had them inside passport, ready)and Medical results in black sealed package. In folder.had all documents needed for appointment, evidence.

He stated went through screening line like at an airport, and first window ,reviewed documents, I-134 Affidavits, tax retuns, W2, Constancia de No Antecedentes penales, sat again untiled called for interview,. Fiance stated he could hear other interviews. The Window like bank teller style. The CO was very nice he was nervous of course, but felt at ease conversating with her.

Questions asked by CO
Petitioner's name?
If I accompanied him?
Telephone #?
My address ?
What was my job occupation?
My kids names
Viewed all 8 pictures, and even asked where we had gone?
When, where and how crossed border?
His duration of stay in USA?

He was Refused, but qualified for waiver since it was over 11 years ago
Given blue sheet and code of denial-212 (a)9(C) (i)-
The Consulate Officer kept the 1-134 Affidavit of Support, passport fotos, and his police record.(Constancia de No Antecedentes Penales)

There is a mall across the way from our hotel,it had movie theatre, many restaurants around vicinity of Consulate.

We both departed following day.
While he did ACS came across Omnibus- I puchased a ticket $20, picked me up 0800 ( note there are onky 2departures, my flight departed in afternoon so took first departure of bus).- Crossed boarder had to depart bus with luggage then proceeded to immigration less than 5minutes, waited for everyone to go through, max 15minutes. We were in El Paso by 0900, bus stop once to another bus terminal, then was taken directly to El Paso Airport.I flew out on Thanksgiving day and not many people crossed. Omnibus/ Transborde services very smooth and cheap and very Safe. I so recommend this bus.
The process was smooth, and had idea since read many reviews.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
