Our scan date was initially Jan 30. But we got a checklist to submit our co-sponsor's I864-A again since the sign was treated as an electronic signature. We had signed in black ink may be that's the reason. We re-sent it again signed in blue ink and it got completed by end of March.
It doesnt mean that you should not sign or should have signed in black ink. It was a one off scenario. Our docs were in black in and they we accepted. So please dont worry. For folks who are going to sign they can prefer blue ink. For those who already signed in black ink dont worry about it. This is just my personal experience. |
