At USCIS maybe a half hour and interview was over in 20 minutes. Lady seemed nice and a fair officer. Asked many of the questions from the application that were all no answers. |

Embassy Review : |
Pretty good and quick experience overall. We arrived at 730am, 15 minutes prior to our 745am appt. We were among the first few to be dealt with. I thought we would actually go into a separate office to speak with a bigwig representative, but it was just a rep behind the glass who went over our info and asked my fiance alone, a few questions regarding how we first contacted each other, when we met in person, and what our plans were. She then called for me to come up and answer the same questions, to which we had answered honestly the same. In all, it took 10 minutes to do that interview, and an hour in and out of the embassy. My fiance was nervous, but I made sure she just remembered the information about how we met, the timeline, and things about me that she could remember. Although the medical was done only 2 days prior to the interview, we were able to proceed, and the officer said that the hospital will be sending the sealed documents, so we dont need to return to Seoul. She will only need to send her passport by courier to receive her visa. |

Timeline Comments: 1Wife abandoned the marriage Sept 26th 2021. Immigration has been sent letters of this and a divorce was started in October of 2021
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
