The case was only at the NVC for 2 days. Never received fee bills. Visa was approved but had to fly back to Manila, to pay the IV fee. And of course the Embassy accepts no responsibility Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 190 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 249 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : October 4, 2017 Embassy Review : Interview was very short and simple. I was not asked too many questions. I was approved but have a problem paying the uscis fee. I am being told it can be paid any time but must be paid prior to receiving green card. I am also being told it needs to be paid the day of the interview. Today I received an e-mail that I need to go to the Embassy and pay to begin the process. Totally do not understand !!!! Rating : Moderate
