Hi Congratulations! Did you receive an IOE Recipt number? Did you expedite? Did you file a k3?

Hello!!!!! Tksssss! Yes! First I applied the I-130 and after two months I sent the I-129F. I had no idea what would happen but it worked!

Hi! Did you have to submit payment for your I-129F? If so, did they collect your payment before denying your I-129F? Thanks

Hi!!! No, There is no fee to apply the I-129F once you have already applied the I-130. I paid only for passport photos, printing and shipping. Remember that it was sent two months after I submitted the I-130 petition (and have already paid the USD 535 fee).

Yes! super

You are very lucky Nebraska is any thing from 8 to 12 months

I know! I thank God every day for that. Now I'm in the NVC phase and it's been slow as expected. But it's okay

Have you gotten your case number

Not yet! But a friend of VJ received this morning and my case was received at the NVC just a day before hers. I'm hoping to hear from you this week.

Sorry, I'm hoping to hear about my case this week.

Congrats on the speedy road up to now. WHen do you anticipate you´ll have your interview?

Hello!!! Thank you! I have no idea when it will be because I haven't received the NVC's approval of our documents yet (I hope to hear from you in the next few days). With great optimism, if it is approved I believe to have the appointment of the interview for February.

Hello and congratulations! Did you expedite your case for the interview? Thanks!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
