We was giving a 221g form to submit a document from the courthouse. We finally got the court paperwork and sent in oct 16th. October 29th we got an email of denial. We now have to get a i-601 waiver. So I’m currently looking for a lawyer now. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 140 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 372 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
