I sent it to Dallas, TX and got the receipt # that starts with MSC. And on the biometrics letter, the service center is NBC.

Thanks, Annita, for replying. MSC is a National Benefits Center. You're very lucky. They are quite efficient. We ended up with SRC, which apparently is behind with scheduling biometrics appointments. Wishing you guys all the best with your journey!
