Comments : Combines N400 with pending I751 and after interview for N400 IO informed me he will have to review my I751 file before final adjudication. 3 days later received emails saying N400 and I751 was approved. Received approval notice in the mail a few days later.

Comments : Smooth sailing fast process. IO was nice and friendly conducted the interview well. Could not be approved on the spot as io asked for my wife who didn’t go with me because she had doctor appointment. So io said they had to review my I751 before final adjudication and a couple days later emails received saying cases were approved.

Embassy Review : Wonderful interview experience. Arrived just in time for the interview to clear security at the federal building. I arrive with my wife and my lawyer and after clearing security and waited for about 20 minutes, a gentleman walked out and called our names. However, he requested for us to go in together but my lawyer for some reason stopped him in his tracks and said we should go one after the other javascript:emoticon(''). My wife was called in first and questioned and after about 5 or so minutes she was led out and I was called in. I was questioned about 10 minutes mainly on our relationship, how we met, where we met, our address, family, nothing too personal. After the questions the IO gave us a letter saying he is recommending approval for us.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
