Event Description

Embassy Review : I never expected the quick approval of our case, we only waited for 55 days. However it took me a long while to schedule my Interview since I had to wait for my requested Certificate of Clearance from Singapore (I worked there for the past years), it took us 3weeks til I received it.
The interview was great! My console said she's new at the consolate and jusk asked me few questions like, "How long have you known each other?", "How did your Relationship started?". I brought a scrapbook containing our pictures with its captions, she viewed it and took a quite moment to read it too. She never ask anymore questions after that, instead she asked for an updated w2 and ITR of my fiance which fortunately I had with me. Being prepared in the interview with complete papers that they would possibly ask you could really give you confidence. Thank God, I had an awesome console. Goodluck to every K1 applicant!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
