WOW! Only took 2 months to be approved. There were no touches before approval. I checked my petition on 9/18/06 at night before going to bed and there was nothing changed from when CSC received my petition. |

Embassy Review : |
Arrived at Manila embassy at 5AM on Feb. 13th, 2007. Sat outside until around 6:30AM and was told to go to the main gate. Showed Appointment letter to guard and then entered the Embassy. Upon entering the Embassy, an Embassy employee took all of the forms and checked them over. Signed DS-156K, where it says "do not write below this line". (Make sure you have your picture GLUED to the 2 DS-156 forms. DO NOT STAPLE!! Was assigned a number and entered a room to wait for my number to be called. Around 10 am I was called for my interview with the Philippine interviewer, (it was a woman). After a few questions, I again waited for my number to be called. Around 11AM I was called for my interview with the American interviewer, (it was a man). He only asked a few questions and then I was done. Before I left him, I asked if I had been approved and he said "yes". I also saw him put the pink slip into my file and saw where it said, "K visa approved". I then went over and paid the Delbros delivery fee and left the Embassy. I left around 12 noon. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
