Comments : Interview at Embassy went well and easily, I was with her to begin with begin then asked to leave to the room while they asked her and the children questions. Soon after the children accompanied me in the waiting area. While they asked her some more questions. The port of Entry Atalnta Airport took longer than I expected if our connecting flight was not delayed we would have missed our flight. The questioning was easy but took time for processing the person processing the paperwork went around asking questions to other officers while going through the paperwork.

Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : All went smooth the officer did ask a few more questions and asked other people in the facility since my finance had been removed from USA before. She and the children were approved but caused us to almost miss our flight. As luck would have it, our first plane had mechanical issues, So after we "missed our flight and the doors closed" the people de-boarded and we were able to catch the connecting flight.

Interview was interesting, other than asking for full names, address, and birthday. More of a feel of how we interact, Took an interpreter with us though the interviewer spoke English and Spanish. He did stop my responses and said I would like you to speak English, which I replied "Sorry we speak Spanish in the house as they are still learning English." Then continued. Most questions were how we met, our wedding, extended family names and birth-dates, and vacations.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
