POE was smooth and easy, the officer basically did not ask for nothing just handed him my passport and the yellow envelop.
he was a little bit tired and complemented me by "lucky me" when he saw the yellow envelop. He stamped my passport and wished me good luck. |

US CIS Local Office ReviewsTimeline Comments: 3Hello. What questions did they ask in the interview for the lifting conditions?
Hi,
The IO was super nice, asked me to hand him any documents I have with me that can support my case, so I did give him tax copies of the very year, and updated info of my 401K , work benefits, medical cards.
he asked me if I travelled outside the USA lately, and if me and my wife ever been separeted.
and then he asked us if we have any question for him, I asked are we approved, he smiled and said if I say yes then take the stress out of you. then added your file is good, you presented so much evidence of the relationship so, yes you approved. Me an Amy wife have age difference of 18 years, so he said this is the reason we were called for interview.
we went home happy, I already had my 10 years GC, and It has been a week since applied for N400.
Good luck to you
Thank you for your reply.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
