My fiance's interview was at 7 AM and he got there around 5 AM. The line was very short and he was the second person in line. Before he was able to get enter, he had to show his passport and his DS-160 confirmation. When he got inside, he was asked for some documents such as the medical exam result, his extract archives, 2 passport photos, a copy of passport and proof of relationship (he had pictures and WU's receipts). He was interviewed by a female and she made his swear, to tell the truth, and took his fingerprints. She asked him questions (who filed for you? Where did you meet your fiancee? When did you fiancee leave Haiti? Is that your first wedding? Her first wedding? Do you have any children? Does she have children? You two have children together? How do you communicate with her? How often? Who does she live with? Where does she work? It sounds like a lot of questions, but they are quite simple. She was nice and smiled a lot. At then she congratulates him and told him he was approved. It was a great experience! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
