Notice of Rejection, because I forgot to put signature for my K2 daughter and for K1 the amount fee wasn't right, I put $1,140 instead of $1,225 coz Biometrics is $85 😪 |

Our papers were returned coz other documents were unacceptable, need to complete the application fully, submit appropriate fees and include all required supporting documentation.
By the way, I received Request for Initial Evidence for my I-485 on April 10, 2017, it was a tax paper they needed from us. We weren't able to provide the document right away until July finally we submitted the Initial Evidence and they got our response July 6, 2017. I waited and waited called the USCIS many times asking if my EAD is affected, no one can answer me, until once agent from USCIS told me if it is Iniatial Evidence then everything will reset to process. And finally today I got a mail dated Sept 7 that our EAD is approved and still waiting for my EAD card. Hopefully I get it soon.
Lesson Learned:
Submit your RFE right away and don't wait for the last day the 87 day before you submit it to avoid long long delay. But as long as you submit your paper within the 87 days will still accept it. |

The principal application could not be accepted for the reasons in I-797, therefore the processing of all rising applications cannot continue.
Approved same day with my EAD, just waiting for my card to be mailed to me. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
