Just under one year from filing. Can't complain. Aside from the wait, everything went smoothly. |

My wife is now a US citizen. Everything went smoothly. A bit surprised at the number of people becoming citizens. Standing room only. |

I accompanied my Fiancee for her K-1 visa interview in Manila. Everything was done in a very organized and professional manner. We had an appointment time of 6:40 which upon arrival around 6:00 found out this this is a time given for a group of applicants. So getting there early was good. However, it moved smoothly. Some people who had inadvertently brought cellphones were allowed to leave them in a storage area. I was allowed to be with my fiancee at both the pre-screening interview and the final interview. Both were handled in a very professional manner, the interviewers seemed to be very experienced at their job, and the system they had in place seemed to work very well. I was very pleased with the experience, perhaps in large part because the visa was approved. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
