Embassy Review : So my fiance had his interview on Monday July 24th. He had his interview with a female whom he reported was very pleasant. I prepared a soft cover binder with plastic insert document page protectors and had every document he needed. The interviewer told him it was the most complete, professional file she had ever seen. She asked questions about our dialogue (and an argument we had) over whatsapp (I had printed out about two months worth of conversation)She also asked him to tell her when & where pictures were taken. He reported that she asked him if he was going back to St. Maarten to work and he said NO! I want to go to the states and get married She also gave him a document that outlined his rights should he want to divorce and again he said NO! VISA APPROVED. It was a pleasure dealing with the Embassy in Jamaica and it really does pay to have a complete documented file
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
