We were processed quite quickly with biometrics, EAD and interview all within 4 months. We got approved at the interview 8/18/17 and within a week got a letter confirming the approval. I was travelling home for my father's birthday on 9/15/17 and still had not received my card, so got an info pass apt 9/13/17 and temporary 3 month I551 stamp in my passport. Finally got my welcome letter on 10/7/17 and greencard arrived on 10/10/17. |

Biometrics reuse letter from i751 due to covid backlog
Interview in December 16th, got a form saying passed test, but ‘a decision cannot be made’ as i751 pending, officer said he will review i751 and let me know if can approve both or if needs more info/another interview. Said timeline could be few weeks or 3/4 months.
i751 Removal of Conditions was moved from YSC to NBC on 12/22/20 and then on 1/5/21 got a notification that it was approved and greencard being produced, as well as a notification under N400 that I was approved and Oath Ceremony being scheduled.
Was out of country for 3 months so rescheduled 2 oath ceremonies. New date was 17th May and short ceremony at norfolk office, and I a citizen. |

First time doing immigration at Dublin airport, rather than when landing in USA, I normally flew Dublin to London then LA but this time as going to East Coast the flight was direct.
Was very easy, officer was very friendly and professional and much more pleasant experience than any other time every went through immigration. Line was short and all processed in under 2 minutes. |

We arrived 20 mins early for our interview and once again went thorough security, same guys again weren't exactly friendly, they seem to hate their jobs, but as husband and I were prepared with no phones, minimal items with us etc we got through without much interaction.
We were then sent to a waiting room upstairs where we waited around 15 mins before Officer Berwick came out and took us to an interview room. Overall it was pretty straightforward process, she was pleasant, asked for any further evidence we had which I presented, then asked some questions on photos and identifying people and place to my husband. Most of the interview was around the I485 questions for me and then G325 for both of us.
We were then told we were approved and I was given a letter.
Only giving a 4 as although it went smooth it still is quite a formal and daunting experience, but overall we left both thinking we would have been 'grilled' a lot more. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
