Comments : Still in the works. When USCIS sends your paperwork from USCIS to National Visa Center(NVC) check your e-mail. Mine was sent from USCIS January 25, 2017, then recived February 07, 2017 at National Visa Center (NVC.) I thought that they would send Welcome letter through snail mail
Though, they sent Welcome letter on February 07, 2017 through e-mail. I did not discovered it until February 19, 2017, in my e-mail because I have a lot of Junk mail. Check your E-mail for the Welcome letter. Third-Party, paid fees. Had to wait to pay AOS Fee and Pay IV Bill or it would of been done sooner if I paid for them though, I.R.S. taking there sweet time on my refund so had my best friend pay the Bills for me. Strapped on money 💰 right now. Update: got checklist for Document Cover sheet on (Affidavit of support) also checklist for Affidavit of Support on May 25, 2017, through email. Resent whole packet the IC and Affidavit of Support again. Sent out July 25, 2017, National Visa Center received July 28, 2017. Today August 01, 2017, calling now to confirm 2nd scan date. July 31, second scan date. 11 week wait will be October 16, 2017, pending review (waiting review.)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
