Embassy Review : My fiancé had his interview today at 1:00pm. He arrived 15 minutes prior. He went in to the first window and handed in our affidavit of support and supporting documents (tax transcripts) and then was asked to have a seat and wait. He waited about 10 minutes and then was called for the interview. He was asked about 5 questions regarding how we met and a few things about my family and where I live. He was then told that he is approved and that he will receive his visa in 1-2 weeks. The entire process was over by 1:28 so it was about half an hour from start to finish! All in all a very pleasant and easy experience!

Embassy Review : We had my husbands adjustment of status interview yesterday. The process at the Greer, SC office was a very pleasant one. The staff was very upbeat and friendly and helpful. The appointment started a few minutes earlier than scheduled and was very to the point. Overall great experience!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
