Embassy Review : Elena was approved for her visa! The CO was a nice women. Interview was conducted in english. CO asked Elena:

1) How did you and Ken meet?
2)Did you know about his previous marriage and ok with his divorce?
3)Does he have any children?
4)Do you have any children?

and thats it. The CO was impressed with the 'relationship book' I put together. She told Elena you are approved and you will get your visa in about a week.

Elena said there were 17 or 18 other ladies there in the waiting room with her and as far as she could tell all of them were approved.

As a side note. Elena was unsuccessful in getting DHL to hold her package there in Moscow for pickup. She went to the main office and requested they hold the package and was told that they pick up packages from the embassy at night and within 2 or 3 hours these packages are sorted and sent out for delivery. So unless she could be there during that 2 or 3 hour window she would have no luck in picking it up. I know thats a load of bull, but not much I/we could do about it. Be forewarned
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
