Our lifting conditions petition was sent to a Dallas location.
2019-09-21...CASE UPDATE...Received email notice "Fingerprint Review Completed."
We did not have biometrics appointment for lifting of conditions application. We assume they used our fingerprints from original green card application.
2019-09-29...received Biometrics NOA telling us they are processing our application AND they do NOT need "new" fingerprints.
Received 2nd notice about biometrics appt. we are scheduled for biometrics on 11-04-2019...
April 14, 2020 - received ROC email notice stating our case has been transferred to local office. Nothing more...
May 14, 2020 - received email notice saying we are ready for an interview and we will be notified when the interview is scheduled.
August 27, 2020 - We received email notice saying our I-751 interview has been scheduled. We are waiting on further instructions.
August 29, 2020 - We received NOA in the mail. Interview scheduled October 8.
October 8, 2020 - We were approved ! |

September 19 - NOA appt cancellation notice!
December 8 - Naturalization appt. date
December 8, 2020 - Approved and oath ceremony in the same day!
