When I entered the facility, the guard asked to check appointment letter then let me read and answer covid questions, they had it available in both English and Spanish version, my answer to the questions were no. The security guards were so strict, they asked me to turn off my iphone and also had me turn off my iwatch and remove it, also asked me to remove the boots I was wearing though I said zipper will be difficult, they wanted it removed and all stuffs were checked. After that, a nice lady at the lobby checked me in for my interview, asked to check ID, took pic and biometrics then she informed me to just get seated and wait for the officer to call my name since he already know that I was there. When the officer called me (King, J.), he greeted me Good Morning and told me welcome back, he was very friendly and kind, it was a short interview which took 15 minutes, we did English Reading and Writing first then moved on to government and history, it was an easy pass so we moved on to the application Yes or No questions which he said were strange questions, lol, after that, he told me I’m approved and oath taking ceremony will be scheduled so he had me check all the info that will appear on my naturalization certificate, had me sign it along with the oath of allegiance agreement, anyway, we also talked a bit about the snow, how did I get there and the things I did before the interview, he was the friendliest and kindest officer I’ve ever encountered from USCIS considering all the processes taken completing this immigration journey. He offered me help when he saw I struggled to gather my things after the interview and also opened the door for me to exit to the lobby, told me to have a great rest of the day. All in all, this was a great experience!!! 😊 |

Today's group of Officers were a bit testy at the metal detector but everyone else was outstanding. about a 20 min interview where we were asked the usual questions on how we met, dates, who attended our wedding etc. More like a directed conversation than a pointed Q&A session. The interviewer was very nice and professional. At the end he told us he was approving our GC application, and he would see us in about two years to remove those conditions....We can finally take a breath and recoup some money that we have shelled out while we wait. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
