super easy! We only had one catch up and that was because they misread the date on the check, so we just reissued them another check, (If you write the day first instead of the month, make sure you write out the month otherwise the nice people at the office get confused :) |

It was so nerve racking! All of this worry for nothing! The guy who interviewed me was very kind and nice. You could tell that he enjoyed his job. They had everything ready and did not ask for any other evidence. Our interview was April 20 and we did not recieve our visa until May 1! as soon as it came in the mail I was on my way to the United States! |

We were so nervous, but the people there were very kind! We waited in a room with others and when our name was called a very nice lady took us into an office together and just went over the basic stuff, looked at our bills and assets together and that was it! She took my husbands EAD card and stamped his passport. It was a snap! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
