Embassy Review : Hello everyone,
First I want to thank the visa journey for all of the information and help. Without this site , we probably wouldn’t have been as successful. My husbands interview was at 8:30. He was called to go in at 7:20am.Two hours later he was called to submit his documents. Then after another two hot wait , he was called to the window and interviewed by an adtican American male in his early 40s. These were the questiones that were asked.
- what does your wife do?
- who is your co-sponsor?
- where does you co- sponsor work?
- what does the company specialize in?
- why did you marry your wife on the first visit?
- who is this women in this picture?
- what do you want to do when you get to the U.S.
It is important to be confident in your answers and for your husbands to know what you sent and be able to identify the people in the pictures. The man commented about how good of a job I did with putting the evidence together and it made their job a lot easier. I really organized things with captions on all of the pictures. We were married on the first visit, and we were approved. I believe part of the reason we were approved was because I put the evidence together as I was answering a rebuttal and answering important questions in our relationship. I also included screenshots of video chats between my family and his and his family and I.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
