An officer escorted me to the second revision room. I handed over my sealed letter and from there had to wait +7h30 to be taken to a small room were an officer asked a few question, stamped my passport and welcomed me. I noticed that they handled the immigrant visa people at the very last (last flight landing).

Answer from SR was that my appointment was scheduled for 2 days after, I shown up at the ASC with the email from SR. The Asc mgr was able to print the letter for me, everyone was really nice. No interview. 10/27 new card in production. 11/01 card was mailed. Received noticed from usps with tracking number.
