Had my aos interview yesterday. Arrived at about 2 and interview was at 2.15 we went in just before 3. The officer confirmed some information like name dob, parents names and address. He asked us how we met he then asked for Photos, he took a few photos, we offered to show some flight itineraries which he took. he asked if we had joint financial documents and we gave him joint lease, car insurance, bank accounts, and phone bill and said "you look like a real couple to me, give me a bit to make copies" we were in and out within 5 minutes we waited for about 15 mins and he came out and said you've been approved! Very easy and relaxed. However I will say some couples went in before us and were in there for over 30 minutes so every situation is different. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
