Green card never arrived. USPS said they delivered but it appears that they tracked the notice as the card. I get mail notifications and no card was ever in the mail, just the notice. |

For the interview, I was asked for updated bills, tax returns etc to prove my continued marriage. Also, a heads up that the test is not multiple choice as I had expected, and just has the emigration officer asking questions. Know who your local representative is!! |

Embassy Review : |
Had AOS appointment today. Started close to on time. Had a really lovely lady. Asked usual questions about where we met, what happened then, who proposed and under what circumstances. Asked a bunch of other pretty basic questions to ensure we are legit (about family and when we met etc.). Had originals of all the previously submitted items. Looked at our passports, driver's licences, etc. Showed insurance card, joint bank account, car insurance proof (all having our address on them). Showed both our recent W2s with our matching address. After a chat about us and what we do for work etc, copied all our new documents, said we would get more info (hopefully the green card) in the mail in a couple of weeks. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
