This CIS office is filled with wonderful, helpful and and nice people! My husband and I went in for our AOS interview, and our officer made jokes with us and made us feel comfortable during the interview. We waited for an hour and a bit in the waiting room, but once we got called back, I'm not joking; we were only in his office for 15 minutes. Of that 15 minutes, half was spent on him trying to get the camera to work! He asked my husband his Name/Birth/Parents info, and then My Name/Birth information.. After that he said "who lives with you?" My husband told him that we lived with my mother, my sister and nephew, (My mother is currently a co-sponsor for him) and he made sure we had enough income for a 5 person home.. (We did.) And then asked my husband if he had a medical done, to which my husband said "Yes in London, and then a civil surgeon signed off once he arrived to the US." .. And literally right after that he handed us the paper that said we were recommended for approval, and told us what to do in two years.. It was so quick and we were shocked.. We had three folders filled with all papers for them and evidence, and also a photo album and baggies of over 150 pictures.. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
