Comments : My interview was super fast. We got there around 6:30am and had to wait till 7am to enter the building (our interview was scheduled for 7:15am). After waiting for about 2 hours after checking in, the officer finally called us in. She swore us in and then started asking my husband (the petitioner) some basic questions, like where did you meet your wife, wedding date, my date of birth, if he has met my family, etc. After that she asked me of my husband full names, dob, what he does, if I meet his family, do we have children? Then she asked if we have any joint document we want to present. We gave her our car insurance, electricity bill and our bank account. She asked if the bank account was opened for the interview purpose and we said no 'cos we were running the account even before the interview. Finally, she asked me the basic security questions... have you committed any crime before, drugs and the rest and I answered all. Then she told me that she is approving me that I will get my card in the mail within the next week and she gave me a piece of paper about how to remove condition within 90 days before the green card expires. We thanked her and she escorted us out. I got the update before noon that my card is in production.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
