Appointment was scheduled for 6:30 AM. Got to the embassy at 5:40. Doors opened at 6:00. Asked to see confirmation page and passport, then got a number. Waited to be called up, which didn't take long. Asked a few questions. How did you two meet? Have you seen each other and when last? Asked for the affidavit of support and supporting documents. After a few minutes, brought out a white paper and circled something. Handed over the paper and said congratulations, pick up your passport in ten working days. (But it was available in two days) |

Embassy Review : |
POE took about two minutes. Why are you here? Where is your envelope you got when picking up your passport? The officer went through the documents, checked things off, then asked for the passport. Took the passport, circled and crossed off the "one entry", then said Welcome to USA. Easy peezy, lemon squeezy! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
