Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : Dublin
POE Date : 2016-10-20
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : My fiancée port of entry was in Dublin Ireland, they gave him a very hard time, he was there more than 2 hours, they asked him questions about how we met, they even called me to verify if our answers matched, mind you it was 3 am my time when they called. After the 2 hour questioning, they were satisfied with his & mine answers, they stamped his passport & said he was good to go, he barely made his connecting flight to the US.

Consulate Review: Islamabad, Pakistan
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 22, 2016
Embassy Review : My fiancé had his interview on September 21st, his interview lasted more than 30 mins, and in the end was put in AP, he said his CO was rude and didn't seem interested in what he had to say, wasn't paying much attention to him. He asked him a lot of questions about me, my family, my children, where we met, and why we didn't meet in Pakistan? He further told the CO I felt it wasn't safe. My fiancé said the CO didn't agree and seemed irritated by his answer. Over all his interview went good, they took his passport & gave him a white AP slip and told him our case needed further processing, & it would be a few weeks. To anyone going for their interview, be prepared, it's not as easy as you think. Good luck to all.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
