This is crazy!! The k-1 was expired and closed in May 2017 with a denial of non-sufficient evidence of a bona fide relationship! Now why is USCIS and DOS giving my husband a hard time??!! My attorney has sent a letter for reconsideration due to error on their part by wrongfully denying my husband his spousal Visa. To be continued...Currently, I'm working with our attorney and congressional leader to troubleshoot why is there a discrepancy with our records.
