But cathay pacific airline is a trouble and stupid airline. We got a one way ticket coz thats what we knew and supposed to be working for fiance visa. But the chineese lady didnt allow me and ask us to get a return ticket coz she said theyre not aware of fiance visa. Stupid airline. Sorry for my word. But never ever get a cathay if you are k1 visa holder. But everything went well after. Its just we werent able to get the exact amount of return ticket. Goodluck everyone. Godbless! Consulate Review: United Arab Emirates Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : October 27, 2016 Embassy Review : Hey Guys, So, here is my experienced and Im happy to share it with you. Today October 27,2016 is my interview. It's just 10hrs ago from now. I went to embassy and arrived there at 6:15 in the morning. And I was the first person who get there. lol. I waited outside with other applicants who came after me. Everything started at 8am. First: Fall in line and a girl ask my documents which is ds160 and appointment letter Second: Security scanned all my belongings Third: We went inside and give us a number. I waited for about 1hr until my number pop up on the screen. In window 9 a girl took my documents 1. ds160 2. appointment letter 3. nbi 4. dubai police clearance 5. 2x2 (2copy) 6. birth certificate 6. i-134 together with supporting documents. Then ask me to wait for my number to call again. Third: Biometric Fourth: Interview at window 7. It was so fast and smooth. But i was surprised that interview done in a window and not in a room. So the CO which is super nice girl gave me first a copy of Information Legal Rights then ask me questions: 1. How did you meet your fiance? 2. Were you live in other countries aside from UAE before? 3. How long have you been here in UAE? 4. What does your fiance do for living? 5. Why your case sent to Riyadh? ( it was mistakenly sent by NVC to riyadh before. thats why i guess she asked me that ) And then she gave a white slip and told me they will send an email if my passport (visa) is already ready for pick - up ( 3-5 working days ). And told me " congratulations you are approved enjoy and welcome to USA". Im out at exactly 10am. Yehey!!!!! After 5months of processing the petition. Finally...im happy to say its all worth it. APPROVED!!!!!!! Goodluck to everyone who is still waiting. Keep believing, pray and HE will provide! Rating : Very Good
