Consulate Review: Moscow, Russia
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : October 25, 2016
Embassy Review : Interview was really short. Felt like 5 minutes. The officer was very polite and kind. Questions asked:

1. Where did you meet the first time?
2. What did you like about the place you meet?
3. What do you like about your fiancé?
4. Has your fiancé been married before?
5. How did you meet?
6. Was the website IMBRA?
7. When will you marry?

" You are approved. Good Luck. You have 90 days to marry. Your visa will be mailed to you within a week. "

It was that easy. Something to note, When he asked about IMBRA, I had the Terms and Conditions from the website explaining that they are not an IMBRA website and the officer looked at the paper for a few seconds.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
