USCIS military hotline were very helpful and easy to get connected and talk to actual agents. Tier 1 agent don't have the authority to reschedule appointments and insisted me to do the civilian way of rescheduling appointment, so my advice request for TIer 2, and an officer will be the one to help reschedule bio-appointment. but this is case to case basis. My spouse was on PCS orders before the bio appointment. 2019-08-09 Status online Change: Case APPROVED!
