Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 15, 2016
Embassy Review : Hello,
today our fiance visa was approved with no issues. The wait has been long but each process step went with no hick ups (Thank you VJ for showing how to file in the proper way). Even though I had filed the paperwork to be informed via E-mail I never received updates when each process step was completed. I had to send them e-mails after the dates recommended by VJ, and each time I was informed that my application had been approved and sent to the next instance.

The interview process went very smooth. The entire visit took 2 hours but most of the time was waiting for your turn. Once it was our turn the officer only asked questions about my fiance. After being satisfied with the answers, he stated that the visa would be mailed with the passport within two weeks.

It feels great at the moment!!!

Looking forward for her to come over so we can start the next steps in our life.

Best Regards
Jonny Eser
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
