RFE was for forgetting to include a letter from the beneficiary stating the intent to marry.
Called NVC on April 15th to ask about our case and was told they had not received it. About a week letter I got a letter in the mail from them dated April 18th stating that they were sending the case to Casablanca and included our case number. After using the DHL tool and algorithms to figure out the tracking, I saw that it was likely delivered to the consulate on April 25th.
I emailed the consulate on April 28th to ask questions I had about what was needed for the interview, when it was needed, and when we could schedule. They replied surprisingly quickly- in within about 7 hours! Instead of answering my questions, they replied with an appointment letter for May 20th, instructions, and a list of doctors. Getting the medical exam done on May 5th in Casablanca.
(May 20th) Too frustrated to write about the admin review right now. If you want to know, send me a message.
(December 29) After seven months of delays and no word from the consulate after inquiring about the status of our visa, we thought that it was basically dead until they gave Habib a call today saying it has been approved! Habib just needs to get a new medical exam before they will issue the visa. The exam is scheduled for January 9th. He should be here by February :):):):):):):):) |

Filing date is when it was received by USCIS, NOA date is the date on the notice.
They used the old fingerprints and this was the last update to the case on May 13th. Delays due to COVID-19. No interview. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
