Roschelle applied for a Tourist Visa. She never applied for a Spousal or Fiancée Visa.
She came here to visit, and we got married without asking the Gov't.
I filed EVERYTHING (AOS, I864, EA, AP) in 1 package on 10/31/06. |

Holy CRAP - This was EASY!!! So far, this whole process has gone quickly and very smooth. We were terrified that they would f*** with us - nothing bad has happened yet!
I am still holding my breath, but right now it looks good for my wife & step-daughter. We have the EAD and the AP (good thing too, her dad passed away and she was able to go home for the funeral).
We have Roschelle's SSN on order, and we are waiting for the Green Card. |

I didn't know what the status of this application was until we received the EAD card in the mail.
They messed up the 1st set of fingerprints, so we had to go back. We didn't know they needed us to return until we went for the interview. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
