Embassy Review : |
My fiance went to the embassy around 5: 45 it was already day break ... his interview was 7:30 am but he went inside 7:00 am . He had to be in a Queue pass through security check points I'm sure they make sure you dont send anything they don't want inside .
Well my fiance finally got in not sure about the time but if was before 7: 30 am so he finally got inside ..... we had not so much evidence to our opinion but this are what we sent as evidence
1Whatsapp chats from March 2016 to october 2016.updating the one we sent to uscis
2. Pictures just great moments picture 25 plus 24 of fb screen shots printed on photo papers adds up to 50 pictures
3.money transfers
4. Some articles we studied together as Jehovah's witnesses we don't play with our bible studies ... since its the only way to build a strong relationship with Jehovah as part of our relationship
4. Imo screen shots
5. Fb post
6. Messenger screen shots just... just five each of imo fb and messenger screen shots
7.we did a photo book that told our love story ...
8. Envelops he received from post when I mailed him
And fb screen shots from our wedding planner when we were planning the wedding ....
Honestly we didn't know that was much of evidence we sent ....
My fiance was first called to window two to submit evidence it was in a rubber file the lady told me take anything out I think even the papper that was showing. .. writings on them what every paper is she considered not important so he had to remove all and take them out of rubber bags ... ..then he did payment at another window ,,,, and went back to sit again .....
Well exactly 9:30 he was called to window 4... this was it finally interview started.. consular was not rude instead of me greeting he greeted him first .... and said can you raise your right hand ? So my fiance swore an oath to tell the truth to his best knowledge.
This is how the interview went ....
I understand you and your fiancée met online , how did you come across her page ?
Do you have friends in common?
Have you been here before? For an interview??
Are you aware if you enter the
USA with k1 visa u need to marry in 90 days ?
What preparation have you done
To my best knowledge your fiancée visited earlier this year! Is that right ?
Has she visited again?
From her last year tax returns she doesn't make much how she get money to pay for her travel ?
What does she do at her work
Have you been keeping in touch ?
What has
Happened recently?
..... well my fiance was friendly too .... he smiled throughout not shaking ...... and most questions led to another so my fiance answereddetails to prevent extra extra questions. ... but in all the interview was 4 mins so short and he said ... your case has been approved wish you and your fiancee all the best so my fiance asked him is that it he said yes pick it up in w weeks at DHL main office .... he returned most of our evidence he said I will hv to take them away ... we are so greatful and our thanks to Jehovah our God this scripture kept us going all this while Phil 4:6,7 .....
Basically saysdo not be anxious in everything but with prayer and supplication alongside thanksgiving let yourpetition be made known to jehovah
So our petition indeed was made known to him and he never lets down his faithful servants. ...
My advice be hold if you have good intentions .... dont be scared
But if u therefor different reason I'm sure fhey will know .. |

Timeline Comments: 1We celebrated our 5 year anniversary in January. It’s so wonderful to have a man that supports you through it all.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
