Wow, the NOA2 came SO FAST! My fiance and I were both shocked that it took less than 8 weeks...good luck, everyone!
And, we never received the interview appointment letter in the mail - my fiance called the consulate to find out when his date would be, and it happened to be that day! So, he went with all his paperwork (without his medical, because he was waiting for Packet 4 before completing the medical), the officer said that we were approved, pending on the results of the medical! So, he has his medical appointment on Wednesday, Nov. 22, so we'll see! |

Easy...very easy...did not ask us any personal/relationship questions, which we were ready for! We were asked to come back about an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment, but after that, it was a breeze! |

Waste of money, but we didn't want to be stuck without a Green Card for too long...but we had our AOS interview before the EAD came! |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
