My interview was very tense, like I was there with my american husband, and the first question was how much was his income by the year?, then he ask if I was married before and I said no, then he said everything looks fine and then he asked me you never stayed in US more then 6 months right. Then I said Yes I did by one day by mistake because I counted incorrect, then he started to ask all kind of questions, and asked all my old passports because I was deny entry in Miami in 2012 and I had 1 visa denied here in Brazil and then he really asked a lot of questions, and thanks God I was praying so much, he was reading and writing in the computer and I said if he needs any document, he said no I have all the documents that I need here in the computer, and then we wait and wait, my husband was very tense and I was very quiet, I think we stayed there with the Consul for like 25 minutes and all the other people stayed like 5 to 10 minutes, then after all that he said ok I think we are all set, you gonna get you visa in 5 days, go pay the correio or post office, then he smiled, God I could not believed, I just said thanks so much Sir, I feel like crying but I hold and went to pay the post office,I said thanks for God been so good to us, and thanks for all the support from you guys. I hope the best for you and God Bless you at the interview. Thanks |

All went fine at the airport, they send me to a private room and I wait like 30 minutes, no question, then they call my name and said, You are ok, you can go, I could not believe. thanks God. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
