My fiance wasn't asked about my previous marriage neither was he asked about his previous student visa denial in India. He was asked basic questions about our relationship and about my employment and his name change. He was asked quite a few questions about his name change. Luckily he had proof of his name change announcement in local newspaper. We provided certified copy of the newspaper and we are good to go. Overall good experience. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 36 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 92 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
