Embassy Review : Hi everybody,
My interview was fast and smooth hamdoullah. My interview was sceduled yesterday at 9am. we were allowed to enter the embassy at 8:45am. The security checked our passport then allowed us to enter. The room was full, many people were waiting. I was so stressed and nervous. Finally it was my turn( around 11am) , someone called me in one of the windows and asked me to give him my documents:Birth certificate( with your marriage registred there) and translation/Your husband tax ( the last one )/Police certificate and translation /divorce drecree with translation /3 photos/Marriage certificate with translation/
the interviewer was nice , he asked me few questions: your husband name?/where and when have you met?he asked about the name of the website because we met online? what's your husband status in US and how did he get that status/when and where did you get married?he aske me to show him some photos of our marriage/ what's my husband job? and where does he work?
Do you have other relatives who live in US ?what's their staus? how did they get that status: through marriage or green card lottery? then he asked me to come back next wednesday to pick up my passport.
PS: Just keep calm, be confident, tell the truth and prepare all the documents requested. Gooooood luck to everyone

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
